Summer Meals for Students
YISD Child Nutrition have announced the 2016 Summer Food Service Program. Free breakfast and lunch meals will be offered from Monday through Thursday to all children ages one to 18 years of age. Meals will not be served on Fridays because schools are closed. During the program, breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., and lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted in the list of program dates and participating campuses below:
June 13 – July 21:
Bel Air High, Del Valle High, Eastwood High, Hanks High, Parkland High, Ysleta High, Riverside MS
June 14 – July 14:
Plato Academy, Riverside High
May 31 – June 30:
Valle Verde Early College High School (breakfast from 8 to 9 a.m.; lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
June 8 – June 20:
Capistrano Elementary, Cedar Grove Elementary, Marian Manor Elementary.
June 13 – 21: (closed July 4 – 8)
Ascarate Elementary, Del Valle Elementary, Dolphin Terrace Elementary, Eastwood Heights ES, North Star Elementary, Parkland Elementary, Pebble Hills Elementary, North Loop Elementary, Ysleta Elementary
July 25 – 28:
Hacienda Heights Elementary
